At Morton Park we see it as our role within the human ecosystem as being to cross pollinate talent with opportunity. Like the bumble bee busy collecting pollen and carrying it across the flowers, we work industriously in the markets that we service, connecting talent with opportunity. We aspire to contribute in a positive way to the long term growth and development of the legal services industry.

Our philosophy, approach and style is different from many of the larger more volume driven agencies. We are qualitative in our approach not quantitative. We work like gemologists, carefully examining all of the essential elements in every piece of recruitment that we are engaged in at the conception phase to ensure that the proposition is viable. As a result, our ratio of CV sent, to interview, to eventual placement rate is very high. We have a 100% success rate on all exclusive  and retained roles that we have been engaged to work on to date.

All of our consultants are legally qualified and have extensive experience in legal practice, as well as as search consultants. This experience is invaluable in giving us the ability to match the right people with the right roles and organisations. 

We bring the same service ethic, expertise, discretion, dedication, professionalism, honesty, integrity and commitment levels to our role as legal search consultants as we did to the practice of law. Whilst the industry that we work in can be quite transactional, we take a long term, big picture view.

We work in a fast paced, ever changing, expansive industry sector. At any one point in time we only ever have a finite amount of time and energy to devote to a select number of recruitment assignments. Rather than spread ourselves too thinly over an exhaustive range of assignments, we choose to work to the highest standards of care, skill and attention on a select range of high quality recruitment assignments that constitute viable propositions to market.
