Carolyn Morton is the Managing Director of Morton Park. Carolyn graduated from University of Otago in New Zealand in 1995 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. She also studied Mandarin at Fu Ren University in Taipei and passed the HSK Exam at junior interpreter and University Entrance level in 2002. She is admitted to practise as a lawyer in New Zealand and Australia.

Carolyn practised primarily as an intellectual property lawyer for 8 years in Asia and in Melbourne, at firms including an international law firm in Beijing and Shanghai, a national Australian law firm and a corporate boutique law firm. Prior to establishing Morton Park, Carolyn  worked as a Consultant with a leading international legal recruitment agency and as Principal Consultant heading up the legal division of a national Australian executive search consultancy. Carolyn has over 15 years experience in the legal industry.
