As specialists we only recruit lawyers and all of our consultants are legally qualified and have extensive experience in legal practice, and as legal search consultants. 

We recruit lawyers across all levels from junior lawyers through to Partner and team acquisitions; and law firm mergers and acquisitions.  We work across all of the major disciplines within the legal profession including tax, corporate, banking and finance, litigation, insolvency, property, employment and industrial relations, intellectual property, information technology, family law, and private clients. 

Established in 2011, Morton Park was born out of a desire to do things differently and to bring a fresh approach, better infrastructure and  resources, big picture, long term values, and a higher degree of professionalism, accountability and service orientation to legal search and selection. 

Our philosophy, approach and style is different from many of the larger more volume driven agencies. We are qualitative, not quantitative. We believe in doing little things to the highest standards of care, skill and attention.

We work like gemologists of the legal profession, carefully examining all aspects of any piece of recruitment at the conception phase to ensure that the fundamentals are in place. As a result our strike rate in terms of CV sent, to interview to eventual offer and acceptance rate is very high.
